This 8MP USB camera module with SONY IMX179 CMOS sensor excels in high-definition image acquisition. It can output 4K (3264x2448) HD resolution and provides efficient and stable data transmission through a powerful USB 3.0 interface, while being compatible with USB 2.0.
The module's advantage lies in its automatic/fixed focus switching, which can adapt to the needs of various application scenarios. With the IMX179 sensor, it has high sensitivity and no smearing to ensure excellent image quality. In full-pixel scanning mode, the module can achieve smooth video at up to 30 frames per second with a pixel rate of more than 260MHz. According to customer needs, the connector end adopts a Type-C interface, which further improves the convenience of connection. The built-in microphone, customizable size and wide compatibility with multiple operating systems (including UVC protocol support) make this IMX179 module the first choice for various projects that require high speed, high definition and flexible focus functions.
