Product introduction
The OS12D40 color image sensor is a high performance, CMOS, image sensor with a 4-cell color filter, using stacked die technology that delivers 11.3 megapixels (4612x2512) at 60 fps. Lt provides options for multiple resolutions while maintaining full field of view. Users can program image resolution, frame rate, and image quality parameters. Camera functions are controlled using the industry standard serial camera control bus (SCCB)
The OS12D40 is capable of delivering 60 fps at full resolution allowing burst photography at full 12 megapixel resolution. The OS12D40 is capable of delivering 60 fps at With a complete 11.3 megapixel image array, theOS12D40 contains all the image management functions to ensure high quality imaging solutions for high resolution mobile smart phones.
All required image processing functions are programmable through the SCCB interface.
